Use Sensodent-K Medicated Dental Cream instead of your regular toothpaste or as directed by your dentist. Apply an inch of the strip of toothpaste on a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush your teeth for at least a minute. Spit out after use and thoroughly rinse your mouth with water.
