Oofollic Plus Tablet SR is a combination medicine primarily used to treat female infertility. It also finds use as an antioxidant and helps in promoting overall physical health alongside its main use. Female infertility is a condition in which a female body is unable to conceive despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for at least one year. 

Oofollic Plus Tablet SR contains Coenzyme Q10, Dehydroepiandrosterone and Melatonin. Oofollic Plus Tablet SR helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a parent molecule to sex hormones. Oofollic Plus Tablet SR aids the healthy production of egg cells in the female ovary, thereby improving female fertility. Oofollic Plus Tablet SR also works as an antioxidant, thus protecting body cells from damage by free radicals.

Oofollic Plus Tablet SR may be taken without food, but it is better to take it at a designated time. In some cases, Oofollic Plus Tablet SR may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, stomach ache, fatigue, mood swings and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist. 

It is advisable to inform the doctor if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult your doctor before using Oofollic Plus Tablet SR during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep your doctor informed if you are on medication for diabetes, heart disease/stroke, antidepressant, anti-psychotic or anticoagulant therapy.

In case you miss a dose of Oofollic Plus Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is too close to the next dose, revert to the original schedule.
