Lactic acidosis is a rare but serious complication caused due to accumulation of metformin. It is a medical emergency and needs immediate treatment. It is not recommended to use Jonish DM Tablet 10's along with water pills/diuretics. Simultaneous use of Jonish DM Tablet 10's and water pills causes dehydration and may increase the risk of lactic acidosis.
